My bias is clarity: understand the system, name the tradeoffs, remove what does not earn its place, and build only what can hold up.
Background
I have 15+ years across startups, internet infrastructure, platform engineering, distributed systems, security-sensitive environments, and AI-native products.
I have worked as an early engineer, platform engineer, advisor, fractional technical leader, founder, and systems architect. The useful pattern is not the title. It is knowing when architecture, product, economics, and constraint are really the same problem.
Current work
I'm building Zen, AI-native tax and accounting infrastructure for Mexico, and running Lanzer, a selective product engineering studio.
I also founded Devz to raise the standard of technical conversation and mentorship for engineers in Latin America.
